By creating an account with THE SOIL TILLER, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. User Content

All content submitted must be original and comply with Bulacan Agricultural State College policies. You retain ownership of your content but grant THE SOIL TILLER a license to use, display, and distribute it.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Post harmful or offensive content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with the proper working of the service

5. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to such processing.

6. Termination

THE SOIL TILLER reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
